never operate your device while it is connected to your charger, this the most damaging habit to your device battery, the reason is that when ever your battery is fully charged it has gone round its life span when recharged again after getting low, a drop of its strength counts according to the battery cells the manufactures had installed. so when ever you charge your phone let say from 10% to 100%, your battery cells had gone round it life span, thereby reducing it capacity, you would not observe the drop because it is just a little effect it has on your battery.
